Great Resume Guide with Template

Here is a great guide to designing a resume.  I’ve been recently looking at positions and therefore must update my resume.  This guide was very helpful in teaching how to do the little things.  Did I mention the article provides a direct link to download a sample resume?

    Each candidate has to create a resume that best suits their profile. There are three different approaches to create an effective resume. Each approach is meant to satisfy a specific job search strategy to maximize your chances of success. You will have to think about your overall job search strategy and make some decisions about the approach that best suits your needs. The appraches are a generic approach, tailored approach (the most popular) and the combined approach wich is a combination of the first two. In the tailored approach, You will have to know about the duties and skills required for the prospective position and organize your resume around these points, to underscore the qualifications and skills that the employer is looking for. A tailored resume is one that is most likely to get you an interview.
